Christ-Centered Counseling for Real Change

Grace-based discipleship counseling for individuals, teens, and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for deeper healing.

Most clients begin with a free consultation, followed by a structured counseling process designed to uncover root beliefs, address unhealthy patterns (including addictions), and experience lasting freedom in Christ.

A Grace-Based Approach to Counseling

This is not about trying harder, managing behavior, or fixing symptoms. We focus on the deeper beliefs, wounds, and patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate to God and others.

Counseling is grounded in Scripture and guided by a simple pathway:

Recognize

See the beliefs, wounds, and coping patterns shaping your life.

Engage

Bring those places honestly before God and begin walking in truth.

Grow

Learn to live from your identity in Christ with freedom and clarity.

This process is especially helpful for anxiety, addiction, marriage struggles, grief, shame, relational conflict, and recurring patterns that seem hard to break.

How the Counseling Process Works

Most people begin with a guided 6-session counseling package rather than one-time sessions. This allows enough time to build trust, uncover root beliefs, and make meaningful progress.

  • Free consultation to determine fit
  • 6-session counseling package
  • Complimentary follow-up session included
  • Additional sessions available if needed

This approach provides structure, clarity, and momentum — without rushing the process.

Counseling Options

1:1 Discipleship Counseling

Offered as a structured 6-session package.

  • About

I provide Christ-centered pastoral counseling for individuals, teens, and families who are navigating emotional struggles, spiritual questions, or difficult life circumstances.

As a Certified Discipleship Counselor and Certified Christian Trauma Care Provider, my passion is helping people experience healing, freedom, and a deeper walk with God through the truth of His Word and the power of His grace.

For many years I have come alongside people facing life’s challenges — through ministry, mentorship, business leadership, and community involvement. Along the way I pursued graduate-level training in mental health counseling and became certified in both Discipleship Counseling and Christian Trauma Care.

What I discovered is that while clinical training can provide helpful tools, lasting transformation happens when people begin to understand who they truly are in Christ and learn to live from that truth.

My counseling approach integrates biblical wisdom, emotional awareness, and trauma-informed care to help individuals uncover the beliefs shaping their lives and move toward greater freedom, clarity, and spiritual renewal.
